职位要求
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Create workbook on various reasons for all customers, i.e. new account new partners creation, existing master data changes;
2.Work on sales reports and data analysis as commercial manager’s requests;
3.Responsible for contract database creation and management;
4.In charge of the management on commercial contracts and related agreements;
5.Follow up all commercial arbitration cases, and collect the related documents as lawyers’ requirement, create the tracking table, and update the status timely;
6.Support some special temporary projects;
7.Raise the E-form request according to the business need;
8.Responsible for administrative affaires of MB commercial team;
9.Other job assigned by manager;
10.Back up inside sales in any emergency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1.Education /Experience/Ability/Skills/Qualities/Language
2.Education: College Degree
3.Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in sales support or customer service function
4.Ability: Good communication ability
5.Skills:--- Excellent PC and internet skills, include Excel, Word, Powerpoint
---Proficiency in SAP, Workbook BW proficiency via training
---Strong interpersonal skills
