PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
?Specifying, reviewing and update of equipment and engineering standards.
?Closely work with Energy and Material team on equipment requirement and specification. Support the qualification of new equipment manufacturers and vendors.
?Coordinate closely with equipment manufacturers and vendor on manufacturing and timing delivery schedule
?Conduct technical training for Supply Chain Execution team and Business team
?Provides technical design and solution for CE, Fleet and PGG projects.

Extensive knowledge of mechanical/chemical engineering practices, principles and methods.
Project Management and planning experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to deal with all levels of people in the organization
Can challenge the status quo and manage the drive for change
Ability to plan, organize and monitor activities according to priorities, established schedules and deadlines.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
?Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
?Minimum 10 years working experience in Chemical industry
?Good communication and time management skills
