POSITION SUMMARY
Purpose
This position is to support the general front desk work and relevant office routines and ensure the reception area is superintended safely and orderly.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
?Operates the switchboard, answers incoming calls fax and takes messages;
?Order necessary office supplies and drinking water and maintains records
?Ensures all equipments and utilities in good working condition;
?Conducts office safety and housekeeping inspection periodically and submit admin monthly report;
?Performs simple calculations to charge admin cost to different department and prepares the payment request form when necessary;
?Supervises cleaners and provides logistic service to maintain a good and tidy working environment;
?Performs minor typing and routine administrative work as assigned;
?Manages security and door access system;
?Conference rooms booking and setup for meetings and trainings when necessary;
?Backup for other receptionists or Mail Center Services when necessary;
?Provide admin support for GEM team when necessary;
?Any other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
?College graduate majoring in English, Secretary or Business Admin.
?Strong sense of responsibilities and nice personality.
? Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
?The incumbent should possess effective English skill in both written and oral in addition to a full knowledge of Mandarin.
?At least 2 years’ working experience in related field.
