POSITION SUMMARYPrimary function: The inside sales is responsible for maintenance of existing package gases customers, deal with customers requirement including order management, delivery, account checking. The position also resolve complain from the customers with solution, improving and feedback for the customer. Accountable for establishing contact between sales team and internal F&A, billing team, CSO, operation team, to achieve sales target and keep business growth in Guangdong area. Support outside sales as the second sales to handle some daily works for the new customers.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Customer Portfolio Management Customer portfolio maintenance Establishment of customer database
-- Achieve Sales Targets in the assigned territory through manage existing customers as well.-- Maintain strong relationship with existing accounts through periodic contract coordinated with field personnel and make recommendations. -- Raise workbook to establish database for new customers, and information adjustment for existing customers.-- Uniting contract, order, and other information by file. -- Frequently contact customers and cooperate with CSO to update customers’ information regularly.2. Order management.
-- Arrange customers order timely.
-- Communicate with CSO team daily, monitor sales order implementation and deal with some issue. -- Delivery arrangement with local transportation team.3. Customer service.
-- Invoice management, immediately check account number after SAP billing creation.
-- Promptly following price change and other information adjustment, to reduce credit and debit memo number.-- Check remittance from customers and aging report regularly, work together with outside sales to achieve account receivable target.-- Solve customer complaint in timely manner.-- Analyze the reasons of complaint, cooperate with other team to reduce the similar complaint.-- Visit customers regularly, build a solid business relationship with customer during the visit; -- Monitor the customer pay the invoices in time, achieve the DSO target;-- Handle other special business cases as the first contact among the internal support teams.

-- Education: Bachelor Degree in business or engineering or related discipline-- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in industrial sales or customer service-- Ability: Good communication ability -- Tools: Good PC and internet skill-- Language: Good English
