Nature and Scope
The technician would get a scheduled task list at the beginning of the week. For installation, the technician must review the relative system information and work with contractors to get all necessary materials/equipments prepared to ensure job done just once under company’s standard. Upon installation finished, the necessary documents should be provided.
每周技术员会收到一周工作计划；对于安装客户，技术员必须仔细阅读相关系统信息表，并和承包商协调准备所有必备的材料、设备，以确保工作可以在公司标准内一次完成。一旦工作完成，所有必备的文件必须及时提供。
Technician is responsible to get the system commissioned and customer trained within the standard. Also will come to customer when there’s maintenance or service requested. Occasionally the technician need to handle urgent customer maintenance and service in shortest time out of normal working hours.
同时技术员还负责按照公司要求进行系统调试、客户培训；有需要时进行设备维修和客户服务；有时技术员需要在工作时间以外处理紧急的客户维修和服务。
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1, Follow the company safety policy, standard and working process
遵守公司安全政策、标准和工作程序；
2, Conduct maintenance of customer station (LB/MB/PG)
执行客户站维修维护（大宗客户站/快易冷客户站/钢瓶气客户站）
3, Supervise contractors on site for safety and quality on site
监管施工承包商在客户现场的施工安全和施工质量
4, Delivery best customer experience and highest quality during installation, maintenance and service
提供***的客户体验和最高的服务质量，无论是安装、维修或者是服务
5, Report to supervise on any abnormal situation on equipments or customer site condition
有任何设备和现场异常应及时汇报
6, Collect customer information as soon as possible and as much as possible.
帮助公司尽可能的收集客户的信息
7, Promote the company’s products and services to customers, whenever the opportunity arises
在有条件的情况下，推荐公司的产品和服务。
8, Control site construction to get lowest installation cost within standard
控制现场施工成本，在满足公司及国家标准下降低成本

？ Senior High School degree on chemical engineering maintenance and above
高中、高职以上学历，化工机械专业
？ Engineering or Manufacturing Background at least 3 years
工程或化工机械制造、检修背景至少3年
？ Knowledgeable on pressure vessel, pipeline system and accessories
对压力容器、管道系统及附件非常熟悉
？ Driving license is mandatory
必须有驾照（C1）
？ Welding certificate preferred
持焊工证者为佳
？ Good PC skill (Office software, Word, Excel)
良好的电脑操作技能（Word, Excel）
