PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 职位职责:1. To achieve sales targets by signing new business in specified territory. To prepare sales & technical proposal, make presentation and build relationship with new customers and keep on working to enlarge our market share in this territory. 2. To visit existing accounts regularly, and coordinate with keeper who is in charge to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales growth target. 3. Collect, provide and understand market and customer/ competitor information in the territory; 4. To coordinate and integrate all necessary resources like technical/ operation/ service/ supply chain team to give in-time consultant/ technical support/ service to our customers. 5. To visit exiting and potential customers in daily work– 15 customer call per week; To achieve minimum new signing target – 6 new signings per quarter. 6. Meet with potential customers on a continuing basis; Plan and participate in market studies in both structured and unstructured situations to: (a) present technology; (b) demonstrate economic viability; (c) structure general business parameters; and (d) recommend action plans. 7. To cooperate with marking team and give necessary support on marketing survey, customer satisfaction feedback, marketing trend, exhibition etc. 8. To understand and implement proper safety procedures. 9. To work close with financial team to ensure in-time account receivable and provide necessary customer credit information to financial team. JOB REQUIREMENTS 任职要求:1. College degree or above, major in Chemical or Engineering 2. 2 years sales experience or above3. Be positive and proactive, result oriented, willing to take challenge and work under pressure;4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, must be a team player, good at integrating inner or outside resources5. Ability to achieve goals through individual who are using sales skill with persuasiveness, tact, logic and personal traits. Requires strong diplomacy, conflict resolution, consensus building, and interpersonal skills to work including negotiation, team work, experience and strength.6. Can use technical language to communicate with customer, has potential to be a sales consultant.7. Good presentation and negotiation skills8. Good spoken and written English9. Good PC and internet skills
